Season 8 of Diablo was the Season of Witchcraft. Players could earn different witchcraft powers
and usethem to obliterate seasonal foes. I came up with the idea to highlight some of these new
powers in a thematically appropriate Witch’s Grimoire to give this asset a bespoke feel.
Combining stock imagery, video and custom illustrations, I made four
assets that highlighted the season’s most intriguing powers and themed them to the
four schools of Witchcraft: Psyche, Growth & Decay, Lost, and Eldritch.
